Man I wish you guys would have used the spoiler caption. I never watch until Monday due to my work schedule... Now I'm freakin out about Glenn. Dead?! Nnoooooooooooo! Can't wait till tonight.

I feel for you and I'm sorry about the spoiler. The thread title has the word [SPOILERS] in it because I thought it would make discussion of this epic series easier as there is so much to talk about. I personally never feel tempted to dip into the thread until I have watched the most recent episode. I HATE SPOILERS if I haven't seen it.

Maybe we should start using spoiler tags, I don't know. Or maybe we should watch the latest episode first and then discuss.

Whatever people decide, I guess.

Oh, and PrinceCorwin, enjoy the episode! It is keeping the tension ramped right up. If enjoy is the word...

I felt so sick I thought "I don't want to watch this series any more". A few moments of grief later, and I was right back into it.

Is Glen dead? People are praying not, and coming up with theories as to why not: the walkers were eating the intestines of Nicholas who was lying on top of Glen, he will crawl under the dumpster and the herd will be drawn away by something...

Jeez
I felt the same way. It gets so intense, I'm like "I don't know how much of this I can take". Lol

I don't see the point in a whole thread of spoiler tags. It is in the thread title, and you have to figure people are, you know, discussing the show in a discussion thread. Still, sorry, it does suck to get spoiled.
Actually I feel the same way. I was just reacting light heartedly to the Glenn news.

thats why i didnt say his name in either of my posts :(

Wait, who's dead, I better add that to the title.:p

j/k Actually, after reading some of the conspiracy theories in here, I'm wondering if they will have him survive.

Me watching last night's episode just now...at work.

Glenn is dead for sure. That would be some serious deux ex machina if he lived, and it was clear by his face he had just resigned himself to dying.

Wow just wow! Three episodes in now and they are just topping themselves each week. I was in complete shock. Did that really happen? Is Glenn really dead? I know everyone has their theories but I believe he's still alive. I mean isn't he scheduled for more episodes? Unless he's going to be used as flashbacks. But I'll believe it when I see the body lol.

So far this season is off to an awesome start and we're only two episodes in. "JSS" though.....wow! I have a feeling Morgan is going to hunt down the rest of those wolves. I hope we do see a Morgan episode on how he got to where he is.
OK Rick already killed those Wolves that ran away. But I'm getting what I wanted...a Morgan episode next week! Can't wait to see who trained him and what happened from that episode "clear" to now. 90 min episode too.

Two things, Rick's cut on his hand and getting surrounded by Walkers. Will he be gone next week? Second, at the endo fthis episode we are just getting four stories to the same point in time.
  1. In Alexandria
  2. Rick, after killing the Wolves that Morgan chased out of Alexandria
  3. The three survivors walking back to Alexandria.
  4. The group leading the walkers away with Darryll rejoining the parade after losing communication with Rick
That doesn't even take into account Glenn if he is alive, the runaway kids, or any Wolves that Rick didn't mow down or weren't at the camper. Three one hour episodes spanning what, 1-2 hours of TWD time. Heckuva run of episodes IMO.

Except next episode is a 90 minute flashback of Morgan.

Given that he's now a zen buddhist jedi knight who won't kill anybody, I'm not so sure I want to waste that much time with him.
Pat's play on Thursday, so I can marathon TWD leading up to the 90 minute episode. I may need to rewatch for details anyway.

I wouldn't keep watching without Rick, but he's the main character, I doubt they would kill him off. I don't agree that Carl is untouchable, though. They could take out Carl and the baby just to make Rick go crazy again lol. The question I'm wondering is: will Rick lose his hand? Seems like it would be a hassle to have to digitally remove it from every scene, but they might do it. They wouldn't have kept calling so much attention to it for no reason. Then again, it could be a red herring.
