Root [Sprint] 3G going in & out

All 4 of my sprint devices have gone to crap. My up and download speeds barely break 100 kbs. Half the time my phone says "cannot connect to network" or "network unavailable".
 
I flashed a verizon prl, lol. Sprint will supposedly drop you after 300mb of data roaming. Gotta be careful. Ive made numerous calls to sprint and they tell me there arent any issues in my area. When im on VZW prl, my speeds are 10x faster. I wish I hadn't renewed my contract with sprint.
