Root [Sprint] 4.3 rooted stock ROM, roaming issues

I have 4.3 rooted with stock ROM and native hotspot tweak. Having issues with phone disabling roaming repeatedly after I enable roaming on all networks. Anyone seen this before?

Yes, I saw that issue not long after I got my S4, which was the weekend they were released. I ended up having to do a full factory reset/RTN on my phone to cure it. But it's not come back since. Seemed like my wiping cache/data from Google Services Framework app triggered it, but I can't say for sure. I was doing that to hopefully force an update.

I did a PRL update and it seems to be holding for now
