Root [Sprint] Advice needed

I've had my Note II since October. I rooted 2 days after getting it. I ran jelly bomb for a but and now on Synergy. I have never updated the firmware. I think I need to do that but I'm not too sure of the best way to do it. Im also looking for some recommendations on TW Roms.

This phone my 'spare'. I use an Evo as my daily device. I'm not a knowledgeable with the Note as I am the Evo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey mike....you might wanna unroot your device if you wanna update your firmware.

Why would you unroot the device? All you have to do is go to the android development section of the xda forums and flash the all in one files. Easy as 123.

I thought I have to unroot to do all the updates/upgrades? Im on the original version. Never had/ran any software/hardware/modem updates.

Nope you can simply flash the AIO M2 update and your good to go as Boblo mentioned. Make sure you Nandroid before for safe keeping.

Im on LK8. Which download should I use from this thread? I want to go back to stock and update my device before jumping on an AOSP ROM.
