[Sprint] am i the only one paying for 4glte and not getting it?

Seriously? That's the best Sprint-related news I've heard in at least six months! I'm in Minneapolis as well, and complaining about Sprint's coverage/service has become a daily occurrence.

Checked the app last night. Theres actually spots of it downtown in the Nicollet Mall area already :D

Probably not on all the time yet, but people are picking it up during when sprint is testing the towers.

This is Chicago LTE :D

They hold off on announcing it until they've made some progress. I imagine it cuts down on all the angry customer calls from people not understanding its not just a switch they're flipping ;)

Its slowly creeping into Minneapolis right now. Starting in the outer burbs and eventually it'll make it downtown.

Sensorly is a great app for tracking its progress.

Which is awesome, except for the HUGE hole that is St. Paul. :vollkommenauf:

That said, I have been picking it up in more places it seems, especially when I'm over on the Minneapolis side. Hoping that it picks up dramatically when this snow finally melts off (though the foot or so the past couple of days doesn't seem like it's going to help us get there any quicker).

As far as speeds, I don't expect it to stay this high, but picked up LTE briefly over by the airport and pulled down 31.12 Megabits down, and just over 8 up.

I'm in kc and they are usually 3-8 down with some areas that are way faster but it's not totally common.

Flash a Verizon prl and use as much data as you can every month...sprint will terminate you and you won't have to pay the etf fee....go to xda and search for this phone for instructions on how to do it
