Help (Sprint) APN's ?

Hello again, new question is how to access APN's on the sprint gs4? I go to more networks, mobile networks, not there.
I got to more networks, roaming and not there either.

I don't think Sprint gives you access to the APN's. From what I gather you have to call them and request that your phone be unlocked first.

I can't unlock it myself? And if so, would I then have access to the APN settings?
