Root [Sprint/Cricket] Exchange Email PIN Lock

So I am forced to have my work email on my device (don't even get me started on the fact that we don't get paid once we leave work to monitor our emails at all hours) and they use Exchange. Its ok except for the fact that it forces me to set a PIN lock. I have played with a bunch of different ROMs already. I jumped back to JellyBlaze (Hurray 4.1), however FreeSG3 did not require me to set up a PIN lock on my phone. Anyone know what the difference is and can I replicate this on JellyBlaze?

I don't think I understand the question. I know that under menu then security there's the pin screen lock option... Is that what you're asking? (sidenote, im responding on my evo and holy crap this thing is a pos compared to the s3!!!!!)

My company email forces a PIN lock. For some reason FreeSG3 allowed me to have the email but without a PIN lock. Is there a way to replicate this in a different ROM?

Have you tried the stock Jellybean? It's the official release and it's flawless. Zero problems over here. I'm sure it has exchange capabilities.
