Every Sprint PRL
To flash (Must be on TW Rom)
1. Download and extract PRL file from zip
2. Place file on INTERNAL sd card
3. Make a copy of the file and name it "TEST" (TEST.prl)
4.From dialer hit ##DATA#
5. select view>>PRL Write
6. Hit write PRL and let phone reboot
If it doesn't take try turning off data or putting it in airplane mode.
The file by itself (24006) is described as a the latest corporate LTE PRL. Some have disputed if you need it for LTE, but I was on 11119 and didn't see LTE till I flashed it so idk.
PRL 00001, 00002 01337 are modded PRLs that force 3g roaming on Verizon. YOU HAVE A ROAMING DATA CAP. I am not responsible if you exceed that and get your contract terminated
