Root [Sprint/Cricket] Question

Can I backup into clockwork recovery from twrp like I'm running twrp but I used goomanager To get twrp so I was wondering if since I still have the backups from clockwork can I use twrp to go back to clockwork

I'm a little confused but I think you're saying either 1) since you flashed TWRP as your new recovery could you still restore nandroids you made from CWM recovery OR 2) could you restore CWM recovery from TWRP recovery?

If number 1, the answer is no. CWM and TWRP nandroids aren't compatible with any other recovery except their own. If you nandroid with CWM then you would have to use CWM to restore the nandroid. Same goes for TWRP.

If number 2, the answer is still no. You would just have to reflash CWM recovery.
