Are you on the stock rom, are you rooted, and do you have a custom recovery?
If so, flash the rooted LI3 odex (the the latest update that keeps appearing) over top of your current set up by wiping cache and dalvik-cache ONLY and you'll be updated. (the link is in my signature)
Or, if you have a custom recovery, accept the update, it will fail because you have a custom recovery then you won't get it again.

I am rooted and have custom recovery and it is a stock rom. If I would like to get the lastest update how do I go about that?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1743923 Click that, download the odex version, you can but don't have to flash the all in one modem zip as well. That just changes you radios. If our have good reception then keep what you have, I'd say.
