Help Sprint Cup Mobile Download Problems

Is anyone having problems downloading it from Sprint. Hero is supported but when I try to download it, the page says that my device is not supported. Is this because I rooted my phone?
Does anyone know where I can download the app to my computer so I can try to transfer it via sync?
