Root [Sprint] Disable boot sounds?

Could somebody kindly tell me where in the system files the boot sounds are. I mostly just want to disable the Virgin one.

More precisely PowerOn.ogg
You can also replace it with an audio file you want and also add a PowerOff.ogg
Just remember to rename your custom audio file from mp3 to ogg.
