Hello
When I am receiving picture messages or mass text messages from Apple iPhone users, I have difficulties receiving pictures when I have the 3G turned on.
-I am unable to get 4G/4G LTE because where I live does not have 4G coverage
-I tried to receive a picture tonight with 2 bars of 3G from an iPhone user and it was unable to download after 20 minutes
-Last night sitting in the same spot in my apartment, I was able to download a picture from the same iPhone user with my 3G turned on
-My phone never had any issues with picture downloading on 3G before I upgraded to JellyBean
any suggestions on what I can do?
