..now what ?

Can I unlock my two Note 3s and use it with any other GSM Sim card ? I had international unlock done last year and had no problem using European SIM cards while travelling.

I want to get away from Sprint and use these phone on Straight Talk. $45 each on ST vs. $75 each on Sprint .

Just need some guidance on how to go about this....

Thanks !

Phones are't unlocked yet, I asked Sprint to do that for me and the person on the chat line gave me the MSL codes for both phones.
I assumed that this code is needed to actually carrier unlock them but I don't know how to go about that.

Federal guidelines state that each carrier put those instructions on their website along with a contact method to get the sim unlock code.

I haven't looked on Sprint, but recommend that you search from their site.

I found it easily that way for another carrier.

That's because sprint is refusing to unlock ANY AND ALL phones whatsoever.

I'd been running into the same shit with a Sprint iPhone 5 that was bought and paid for in full. Their utter refusal to cooperate finally had me fed up enough to put it up for someone that could use it. Problem was, they ran into the exact same shit I did.

It has nothing to do with being unlocked.

Sprint phones are CDMA, not GSM.

The problem is is that their typical red herring policy is to give an MSL code, which does the sum of jack and all.

Even if you were switching to verizon, they would say that your Sprint phone is still locked, and that you need to take it up with them, or buy a Verizon branded phone and go through the same hot mess.

If you want to move to a GSM network you should buy a new phone.

The SN-N900P will only work on 1900MHz. You will not be happy.
