sprint guy mentioned car dock safety feature?

did i hear sprint guy correctly that the car dock has some security/safety feature that will disable stuff while in use? anyone know anything about this and can this safety feature be disabled? i think it was in video 3/4 but dont remember what site it was from but in video 4 someone played need for speed shift.

supposedly there will be a car dock program, that will give you quick access to the main things used when in a car, ie gps, phone, maps, etc. i dont think it will disable anything else on the phone, they just dont want you going through all your apps while driving.
