Had an lg optimus g. Broke screen so it will not detect touch. Sync to sg4 only brought a few apps and all contacts. Have over 1300 pics and vids of my fam that I thought wss all supose to sync with my gmail but didnt. Anyone know how I can retrieve them?

You should be able to connect your G to your PC via the usb charge/data cable. Using the PC file manager, navigate to your files on the phone and move them to your PC. You can then repeat the process to place them on your new SG4. I hope this helps
