Help Sprint HTC HERO Problem Syncing

I just recently ran into a problem syncing with my Sprint Hero after I updated w/the 2.0.4 HTC SYNC version and this is when I started having problems. I can of course use my phone to transfer files and such, but when it comes to syncing no shot. The icon at the bottom of the taskbar shows that it is disconnected.

You can maybe go in your device manager in Windows and try uninstalling and reinstalling the HTC Sync drivers. I think it will be under a device called "Android Phone" but I am not 100% sure.

Another thing to try would be to uninstall the new version HTC Sync and then go back to the older version. That version worked better for you, so maybe you should try that.
