Sprint Insurance

Hey i just joined the forum because i recently upgraded from a samsung moment to a htc evo and i am loving it to death.

I bought the phone of ebay and i have the 7 dollar monthly insurance plan on sprint and i just wanted to know that if i break or damage or lose the phone will i be able to get it replaced.

Oh and how do you cancel sprint TV subscriptions?

My friend made a claim once for a lost phone and it was very painless for her. The deductable was put on our bill and she had her replacement phone the next day.

Not sure about Sprint TV subscriptions...sorry.

if you want to cancel sprint TV, call them and cancel or email them or chat online.

To cancel your TV subs go to Sprint.com

Log in --> Digital Lounge --> My Content Manager --> Enter your Phone number

You should be able to take it from there...

thanks so the ebay purchased evo is covered by sprint insurance ? and thanks for the sprint cancellation tip i ordered the two anime channels and it was full of crap

How did you activate the device - Online or over the phone? Dumb question - did they add the $10 premium on top of your data plan?

I activated it over the phone and yea unfortunately they added the premium 10 dollars.
