Sprint /Kit Kat update today

I live in Maryland and my Husband and I both have the note 3 on Sprint network... today he got his kit kat update. The update and install went fine. My phone on the other hand.. no update :-(
 
Sometimes they do that and you may not see the update for about 2 weeks late. Now what you can do is leave the WiFi on when u near one at home or at work. And try to have device on in or about 1am to 4am and place near or on a window .

WTF? Can you explain what this is in service of? In other words why do you think this will help?
 
There is no rhyme or reason for how they roll out updates..
You would think you would get it when your husband did but it's not unusual that you didn't..
It should come soon, if you're lucky..
 
If u have it where you can get clear signal it may pick up faster . but they can do a manual check from the settings and if she wants it faster all she needs to do is make sure the same software is on both and clear the systems cache on the one that didn't get the kk software . when you power on you will see it flash a pop up . now can I ask do you have any questions or suggestions that can help that update roll through quicker :eek::thumbup:
 
Ran out this morning but as soon as I got back in the house my update started!! No problems with the install... but what are the two apps I have now Drive and VPN?
 
Now before you post about problems with the device . did you do a factory data reset to the device this will get rid of all the old data . cause old data and new data Dont mix :eek::what:

I'm not here to complain and before & after factory reset my battery is dying faster than I can say boo.
I was not having this problem before the update.
 
Are you rooted if not I say you have to charge full let it die I mean dye as where it shuts off . charge full let die again then clear the battery stats
 
Is the screen staying on . can u go into the settings and tell us what has used up the most power if u can post a screen shot. This is shown in the battery
