[Sprint] Nav bar height

I guess I should have thought of this immediately but I just changed my nav bar height to 36 and it feels like a sweet spot for having the size I need to still hit the buttons correctly. And the extra screen real estate is nice.

Yeah, That's a nice feature. I've been at 38 the last week or so.

The 24's just seem way to small.
