I was trying to pre-order and I was reading on sprint site on the S3 page it reads

"Pre-order Order online today, we
 
I ordered it last night. I really cannot wait for this phone. I am very happy that all the models are the same across the board and same specs...well except for At&t who decided to only go with 16gigs...but hey you can get it in red. Ummm...no. Me wants my 32 gig...but woohoo for a faster processor and 2 gigs of ram and a sd slot.

Just depends on your choice. Me I like the blue more. It will not matter anyways as I am putting on a Otterbox Defender on it.
 
White 16GB. Best Buy is only taking pre-orders on the 16GB for Sprint, but with expandable memory it doesn't really matter.

I am very sad that I can not do what I said above as when I called Sprint they said the return policy is now only 14 days and I had to send the EVO LTE back now.

So I am without a phone until I get the S3 but that should only be 2 weeks. I do have a home phone so I can live with it.
 
I called Account Services yesterday and they bumped my upgrade eligibility date from 7/1/12 to 6/18/12. I probably won't be able to sneak a preorder in for a white 32gb in time to get it shipped faster then pre-release date should be arriving, but I don't have any other option if I want the 32gb. At least I don't have to wait until July now.

I'm trading in a Evo 3D as their buy back program offers $90.00, will I be able to set that up through web sales or do I take care of that in store? I'm I better off selling the E3D myself on craigslist or something? What should I expect if I sell the E3D myself?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First bit of advice is to never use that color for the font again. Incredibly hard to read.

Check Ebay for the EVO 3D and that will give you a good idea of what you can expect to get for it if you sell it on Craigslist. It will usually be more than what Sprint will ever offer you buyback-wise.

Remember it does also have expandable memory, up to a 64GB card, so unless you really think you need 96GBs, you could always get the 16GB.
 
So with the release date of June 21st approaching, for those of us who pre ordered, when do you think the pre orders will ship? Keep in mind on the order page it states "we will do our best to get it to you before others get a glimpse on June 21st"

I want it to be Monday the 11th, just because. :)

I'm sorry about that... changed that as soon as I saw that. It won't happen again.

Thanks for the Ebay idea, I'll check it out. The way I figure, if I'm going to have to keep this phone for two years, I'm going to get the most bang for my buck without getting crazy by paying $350 or more for the 64gb.

Any idea what the 64gb will cost and what the ETA is for release?

Just curious, not wanting more than the 32gb.

When I said 64GB, I wasn't referring to the phone with internal. I was referring to getting a 64GB micro SD card. So you could get the 16GB model + a 64GB micro SD or you could get the 32GB model + a 64GB card.

And especially if you don't want more than 32GB, you could get the 16GB and get a class 10 16GB micro SD for a better price than buying the 32B model GS3
 
June 11th would be incredibly early. A week ahead would be a good guess, but I voted Monday the 18th because that actually seems more likely. But it doesn't matter for me since I pre-ordered at Best Buy.

To clarify I want the 32gb internal and will add a 64gb micro sd for a total of 96gb on board.

How much would the 64gb internal SG3 phone run, any press on it?

As far as I know no US carriers are getting the 64GB model. Just the 16 and 32, and even then not all carriers are getting the 32GB model.
 
I also added Wednesday, June 20th to the list as we don't know if Sprint will be allowed to ship more than a day early or not (to adjust for next-day delivery). I'm definitely a 'hope for the best, expect the worst' kind of guy.
 
I'm excited af and got it on marble white 32 gb...the total was $277
It said something about addon skip this step(i dont know what that was)
Then it took me accessories page but there was no really anything to buy there...

When do you think it will start shipping?
Will everybody get it at the same time? (the pre-order ones)
