Root [Sprint] preloadinstaller

I have a rooted galaxy s4 sph-l720...I've tried to uninstall the "preloadinstaller" using the ES File Explorer and get the prompt that it cannot be deleted.

Anyone know why this would be ?

Thanks in advance !!
