Root [Sprint] Root an S4 without a Computer

I'm looking for assistance for either help finding a thread on how to root my sprint galaxy s4 without a computer or someone that could help me. As u can assume I don't own a computer but would really like to root my phone

Griff, you said you don't own a computer, but do you have access to one. We may be able to come up with a bootable USB or CD Rom solution in lieu of a pure no computer at all anywhere in the picture root tool.

I think we need to know a couple things about your device first
What version of Android are you on? i.e. 4.x
If you could post a screenshot, or just type what you see in your "about phone" menu, that would be cool too

I am familiar with Samsung devices, but not your S4...however, that won't deter me/us from seeing what we can find

I noticed this thread. I don't have access to a PC but I did look up non-PC root methods and they didn't seem to be legit. I ended IP taking my phone to a friend who knows all things about tech and he rooted it with a computer. I think the PC process is faster and more efficient but maybe that's just my opinion.

only way to root on 4.4 is via a computer, if you have 4.3 you can use pressy4pie's saferoot in apk form .
