Root [Sprint] sift brick help

I have a g2 with root and a stock recovery.
i was playing arounf with the build pro and the phone got screwed, im getting
com.androind.systemus has stopped and im not able to do any thing.
I tried flashed a custom rom but not able to since its a stock recovery.

What are my options, can i flash TWRP via computer some how and then flash the custom rom

Can you get developer options enabled and then USB debugging? If so, you could root and flash a custom recovery and rom.

If not, you may want to try a factory reset since you're all stock. Worst case, you could use LG Flash Tools or similar software to reflash stock firmware.
