Root [Sprint] Simultaneous 3G Data & Voice?

I was just on the phone with a Sprint rep and she said I should be able to talk & surf at the same time.

Is anyone else able to do this in a 3G area w/their Galaxy S4?

I thought there was a limitation with cdma phones that would not allow calls at the same time as 3g. But 4g I'm not sure about. Sprint is cdma.

You can only talk and surf if you use 4G for data. You can't use 3G for data and talk at the same time.

You can only use voice and data at the same time on WiFi or LTE on the Sprint S4.
