Help Sprint Tv/Hotspot Wont Work

I can't do a few things ever since I downloaded the latest update.
Sprint Tv is bricked.
I open it up and get this error: "Resource Fetch Failed"
If I try to press back a few boxes appear underneath.
Basically, it wont work.
Also my hotspot wont work... well, it never worked.
I try to update profiles and all that good stuff and no go.

You're not getting to Sprint's network. Have you turned off and restarted your phone? Usually, that's all you need to do. Your cache may also be full and not doing a server connection which is resolved by turning off and on.

Hotspot requires you to purchase/turn on the feature. I think you might have to go to your account to do it if you can't via your phone in the SprintZone.

Restart didn't work but I manually cleared the cache and that fixed the problem.
