sprint tv not working

i've tried out all the radios to test out which is the best for me..and i devided on the one that was based off the verizon radio..so i got an error message saying "You must be a Sprint Customer to use this feature" so i changed to the newest radio out 2.42.01.04.27 and i still get the same issue..what could it be?

Are you running a custom ROM? Some of the custom ROMs, like Fresh 2.0d and above remove Sprint TV and other bloatware apps. There are apk files so you can restore Sprint TV though.

Edit: Just saw in your "devices" part under your screen name that you are running Fresh 2.1.2. That removes Sprint TV so you will need to add the apk back in. Click the hyper-link to get to right page to add Sprint TV back. You can use the Kitchen if you want to.
