Hahaha, you got me there. What I mean was, if he thinks the phone sucks, then that's his opinion. If you think another phone sucks than that's your opinion. Like for us, the best Android phone would be something we would want, but for someone who is technologically disadvantaged, making a phone call on the same phone would be a chore, and he would think that the phone suck because he can't even dial a number without fiddling through buttons and what not. It's a matter of perspective... Which I think you explained on the second part.

anyone that usually slams one phone tends to be a fanboy of the other and all of those opinions should be taken with a grain or two of salt. Both phones have their selling points. Both phones should improve with the update. You buy to your needs, plain and simple.

This question is for those of you that have/had both Hero and the Moment...which one is a better "phone"? When I say phone, I mean which one pulls in a stronger signal and gets better reception? Just wondering because I need this to be a "phone" 1st and everything else 2nd!! Thanks for any help.

As for voice, both phones are about the same at our house, 3-4 bars. Datawise, mine(Hero) always has 3g at the house, where hers seems to switch between 1x and 3g. Neither phone has dropped a call that I know of. I think they both have pretty good antenas(sp?), we tried Sprint the year before and I had an LG Lotus that had a crappy signal so we returned them and stuck with our old carrier.
