Root SprintTV app for root users?

[Trident]

Has there been any success adapting the SprintTV app over to a Droid? I know that this has been done with some T-Mobile phones. If so, where can I download the .apk file?

I had the Sprint TV app, but it would not connect to the servers..most likely from being on the wrong network.
