Also with the 4EXT recovery installed how do i boot into recovery

No i just flashed harmonia thats it

Well, I'm not sure but I think Harmonia uses the stock kernel (someone can correct me on this) so it can't be OC'ed. You can get a kernel that let's you OC.

i can flash a kernel over harmonia i would just like to know where i can find one thats overclocked and works with harmonia

Yes, you can flash the kernel over Harmonia http://androidforums.com/showthread.php?t=638115 there's an incomplete list of kernels at the bottom of the first post here. I'm using Mac Sense kernel and I'm OC'd at 1.7 maybe you can give it a try.
Edit: if you're going to flash the kernel make sure you have Smartflash enabled in 4EXT

You'll also need an app that lets you OC. Most of us on here use KernelTuner from the PlayStore and it's free!

Overclocking at 1.8 is a bit excessive
I hope you have a huge battery or don't plan on leaving the house for too long. Lol
