Root Stable vanilla gingerbread/ics Rom?

Suggestions? Something where everything works. I'm rooted but still on stock sense and would like to play some but have no time for bugs and stuff not working.

Well your not going to find ics with everything working. Aokp milestone 4 is very nice though.


You can give miui or decks aosp a go for gingerbread

Stick with gingerbread. ICS just is not there yet. Progress is definitely being made but just not enough be a realistic daily driver for many.

I flashed AOKP milestone 4 today and was very surprised with how well it worked. No lag, smooth scrolling.

It still felt too barebones for my preference... it needs a sense overlay

Yeah I would also recommend a GB rom. Decks is very vanilla and just plain works.


Rxpert, Did you flash the Mason Kernel with it? I had it set up the other night and then flashed the Mason kernel and it locked up everytime I turned the screen on. I had to pull the battery twice. It didn't agree with my phone at all.

Nope, just the modified kernel that came with it.
