Suggestions? Something where everything works. I'm rooted but still on stock sense and would like to play some but have no time for bugs and stuff not working. :)

Well your not going to find ics with everything working. Aokp milestone 4 is very nice though.

You can give miui or decks aosp a go for gingerbread

Stick with gingerbread. ICS just is not there yet. Progress is definitely being made but just not enough be a realistic daily driver for many.

I flashed AOKP milestone 4 today and was very surprised with how well it worked. No lag, smooth scrolling.

It still felt too barebones for my preference... it needs a sense overlay;)

Yeah I would also recommend a GB rom. Decks is very vanilla and just plain works.

Rxpert, Did you flash the Mason Kernel with it? I had it set up the other night and then flashed the Mason kernel and it locked up everytime I turned the screen on. I had to pull the battery twice. It didn't agree with my phone at all.

Nope, just the modified kernel that came with it.
