Help Star Wars / Battlestar Galactica Theme

I am wondering if anyone has created a Star Wars or Battlestar Galactica theme yet for the X? It would be awesome to have something with a custome boot animation.

Is creating themes hard to do? If it is easy, may be i will create the theme but i have no idea where to start.
