Starship Triumph: VM wants me to REactivate my fone HELP!?!!?
so after months of BS from Virgin, i got this email..
"Thanks for contacting Virgin Mobile Customer Care.
We are sorry to know you are having issues with your text messages on
phone.
We refreshed a few back-end services and we need that you program you
phone again. To do this follow steps below:
1. Turn on phone.
2. Dial ##VIRGIN# (that's #-#-8-4-7-4-4-6-#).
3. Scroll to Activate Phone and hit OK.
4. Screen displays, "Do you want to activate your phone now?" Select
Yes.
5. The phone connects to the network, and displays "Hi. Press Start to
continue the activation process". Scroll to Start and hit OK.
6. The phone displays "We are getting your phone number for you. The
phone will display your phone number.
7. Scroll to Finish and hit OK to complete the activation process. The
phone will turn off and back on by itself."
problem is i'm running starship (which is aweeeesommmeeeee) and i dont know how i can go about completing this activation..
help? total dumbass here..
