Help Start up and BOOM.

I have seen similar problems but none the same as mine, when I start up my HTC Desire HD, I unlock my phone then its sayings "loading" then "android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly" and then goes to the HTC white boot up page and repeats this procedure, and I can't do anything to stop it doing this, any ideas?

**I may have resolved this issue, however I have lost all contacts and maybe even more stuff, any help?**

And now it seems to be working however I would still like to know what happened? Incase it changes its mind
*Edit: Its on it's arse agian.*

Try formatting your SD card only, backup everything first on your pc and see if that works. Is your SD card sitting right? If it works then grab everything saved to your phone maybe try a factory reset just to be sure.

No idea what android.process.media is but it sounds like something to do with photos, music or video? Maybe clear the cache somewhere around there if you get your phone working.

Tried factory resetting it and It won't even do it, or it may have done it but it might be caught up into the loop restarting process again, as for the SD card, it can't be that cause I've tried taking it out and stuff. :(

I can't get onto my setting's it goes from the orange boot up screen > to the HTC boot up screen and keeps going on like this...

Well it isn't even turning on now, and it might of been just a glitch that I thought it fixed, because it seemed to work but about a minute later it started the loop again.
