Root Start up/ custom animation

Does anybody know how to get wrid of the stupid start up metro pcs hello hello hello screen on a rooted phone and if so how? Also is there any way to put custom animations in replace of it?

The sound file is in the system>sounds>power folder and called MetroPCSPowerOn.mp3 You can change that sound to anything you want as long as its in mp3 format and named the same exact thing. (If its not it wont play) The MetroPCS animation is found in the system>media folder and called bootanimation.zip you can also change that to anything you want as long as you name it bootanimation. Try to find ones that have the resolution of 480x800
