Help Start Up Screen: Date & Time

I really like the Date, Time display when 1st powering up. Is it possible to use that as my default clock or wallpaper maybe?
Appreciate any thoughts on the matter.
 
I have had Mine for a while now and I have been in here everyday looking at whats new and I have not seen any mention of it so far, But that is just me now. it may be out there. I would like to use it as well, but I also am trying to get rid of the darn pesty lock screen that you get at the beginning of the start up, Which happens to be the very same page you are talking about.
