start up ??

when i first got the droid when started up it went right to the homescreen and now it goes to push to start. does anybody know if u can remove the push to start?:confused:
 
An old saying.. Don't knock it until you try it. It takes 5 minutes and doesn't cost a thing. If it works, thank the person. If not, move on to the next idea.
 
if you didnt have an answer then you should not have posted anything droidpcguru (sweet name dude i guess u are not a guru since u didnt know anything) lol
 
If the solution works, try it. If not, report back with further issues. Let's keep things friendly here.
 
trying to but people with no answers keep writing on this post.. and the *228 1 didnt work..does anybody else when starting up the droid have the tap to start because i never had it until i played around with the unlock pattern

Ditto for punctuation and grammar. Anyhow, since you let us know that the first option didn't work. Look through your apps for any that may not be compatible with Android 2.0. Start working backward and eliminate stuff that you've added since you noticed it was acting up. If that doesn't work, try backing up all your data and such, and try a restore. You could even call VZ and describe the problem, see if they have any fixes.
 
Yes, it can cause conflicts. So go through the process of elimination until you find out what the cause is. No guarantee that it is an app, just a suggestion.
