Root starting WiFi by default

My Nookcolor is running Cyanogen7 and its great. Only I have to start mannually the WiFi, instead of doing it automatically, like when on B&N OS.
I suspect touching something wrong by mistake. Can Anybody help?

Yup, you shouldn't touch the airplane mode icon, it stays that way.
