Help Status Bar issues Atrix

The top of the screen does not respond to touch for the status bar or Market place or skyfire. I have to flip the phone to landscape in order to select the options at the top of the screen.


I'm an android newbie, please be gentle.

...try resting your finger in a blank spot on the status bar, then drag it down.

Also, depending on what launcher you're using, do menu \ notifications. That should make it open, too...
