Root Stealing the thunder

Please Help
I rooted my galaxy and now I can not get the contacts to work, every time i click it, it gives me an error message.
I tried Factory reset. but it's still does it and I need it back to normal. Lost everything. contacts, everything. Can't add contacts.

Please help since I am new to androids.

Wow, really old post here... lol.

I suspect there's got to be a simple solution to your problem. No matter how bad it gets though, you can always "undo" by following this guide:

It was the first root for the prevail. The walk through that shabby mentioned became the one click root thread. This post is ancient. Lol
