Any ideas as to how to fix this problem? 3G and data are no longer functioning on my phone as of 8AM this morning. I have tried to reprogram by dialing *228 as well as updated roaming capabilities. I have even trie reinstalling the ROM to no avail. Wifi is functional but still no 3G connectivity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. Is there a good tutorial out there on how to reflash?
Back up your data with TiBu or MyBackUp Root.
Reboot into Clock Work Mod recovery, how you flashed the ROM.
Create a Nandroid backup just in case. Always do this first.
Scroll to and format system, cache, and dalvik cache. (Some may be located in "advanced" or "mounts and storage" IIRC)
Go to install .zip from SD.
Select your .zip and reflash it.

My sister was having this issue, after TONS of troubleshooting the answer seems to be removing the sim for her.
turn off your phone, remove sim card, turn it back on.
it will complain on the unlock screen and in the notification area that the sim card is missing but she hasn't lost her data connection since doing this.
