Accessories sticker skins?

How are they? Do they work good and what brands do you suggest? I really wanna change around the genericness of black on my phone: ). Something like this

I would just buy a case instead of spending money for a sticker. I love my tpu case I have on my phone right now. Does not really add that much in size to the phone.

The skins are great. They keep the back from getting scratched and add some "grip" to the phone, but that is about it. I love it because I can use docks and cradles without removing a case. I have tried both the Zagg and gelaskin back skins with custom photo's. They both are good quality and fit great.
