the phone shipped with 4.0.1, but was set to upgrade before the launch of the phone. so when it first started up, you were promted with an update to bring the phone to 4.0.2
source for 4.0.3 was released but never as an official OTA.
4.0.5 is the next rumored software update, set to arrive in April if all goes well.
all the above is for the verizon LTE version....not sure about the status of GSM version
