Help Still having issues with connectivity:c

Dominette

Lurker
so, when I was skeptical when I upgraded from the Droid 2 (Verizon) to get another android. I was going to opt for the IPhone because my roomie has one. i'm a sucker bc i fell in love with the galaxy note II BUT i still have connectivity issues. i have only had the phone less than a week and i have to restart all the time, connections time out, have to force stop and reload apps, games, you name it. i restart the phone constantly just to pull 3 (3, not 4) g. it's a 4g phone. wth? when i had my old phone, my other buddy had the same one. she would come over, sit right beside me, she would have full 3g and i would have ZERO reception. grrrrr. HELP

Welcome, Dominette.

First go into the "more settings" area of the main menu, then "Mobile networks" and then "Nework mode." Make sure the setting is checked for "global."

The Verizon Note 2 has a "global" setting?
Sprints' doesn't have that.
I guess for us global is automatic.
