Help Still low on space after deleting

My Desire is still reporting low on space even after deleting quite a few programs. I now have 14MB free, so how much free space is required before it stops reporting the issue? or is this a bug?

Thanks but that wasn't the question, I know what is eating the space.

I have 14.93 MB free and it isn't complaining, so the threshold seems to be somewhere between 14 (or whatever your precise figure is) and 14.93.
