Still no 2.2.1?

Hey anyone else not got 2.2.1 yet ?

Im running 1.32.405.6 and still dont have it ? ??

They did release it, but they pulled the update for various reasons (bugs mainly, I think).

i emailed HTC about this actually this week and their response was simply 'no at the moment'. Basically they dont have a release date yet. I asked about what would be the next improvements but they didn't even respond to that question.

Someone else here said they spoke to HTC and they were told to expect a release in a week or two.

Two of my friends have this phone, one of them installed the update at the end of December (had no branding). My other friend who has the phone through Vodafone installed the update 2 days ago. Orange on the other hand are useless and their customer service team cant even formulate the most basic of sentences in English so have no idea what they are doing.

guys, it is a good thing you can't update. wait until HTC has fixed their 1.72 software.

I got the 2.2.1 update a couple of weeks ago on my T-Mobile UK DHD.

didnt know they pulled it? I updated to 2.2.1 at the end of december. i noticed bugs when using standard sms but these soon disappeared when i started using go sms. im still on 2.2.1, but hope there will be another update soon cos i didnt notice any updated changes

Well it sounds like with any luck they will just skip 2.2.1 and go 2.3!

I did have the option for the update but it would never work then i Factory Reset my DHD too my suprise the day after when i checked for updates there was none available
