Still old launcher on Nexus 4 after lollipop update

Still seeing old launcher on Nexus 4 after lollipop update.
Is there anyway to get lollipop launcher like nexus 6 ?

Yes.

Go to Google Play and download the Google Now Launcher. That's what the Nexus 5 and all newer devices use. For whatever reason, Google has chosen not to include it by default on the N4, N7, or N10 devices. But it is available and compatible.

Nova Launcher also works.
