Root Still showing old wireless connections

just flashed a newrom and have noticedthat my old wireless connection pointsand wallpaper are still there so obviously i didn't wipe it correctly before upgrading

how should i wipe before i reinstall a new rom?

From recovery wipe / format everything. It's a little different depending on what recovery you use.

just tried again and still the same - di have a different bbot screen this time tho with ANDROID instead of the quietly brilliant

wiped and formated everything I could find in the recovery - it seems faster now tho

Sounds like a bad flash.

I would try to redownload the ROM, wipe everything and flash the ROM again.
