Stock 2.1 Icons?

Hi, I'm new here and I just ordered my Hero today for only $65!! And it's brand new too. It should be here by Monday but I was wondering, is there a way to get the stock 2.1 icons? (Like the Motorola Droid or Nexus One) I was playing around with my mom's hero and found that in the 2.1 update you can't turn off sense because they didn't load the stock OS onto the phone.

not sure what you're needing exactly, but I can tell you that if you just purchased the phone it will come with 2.1 pre installed. I just got mine about 1.5 weeks ago and it was already updated to 2.1 from the box.
