I've had the HTC Incredible 2 since June of this year, and had no problems with it at first. After a month or two, my phone actually wouldn't turn on past the welcome screen. I hard reset it, and it worked fine for another week. I then had to reset it, yet again, because none of my stock apps were working. I tried to open the dialer from my home screen, but only a box saying "Phone" appeared. I couldn't open my mail, I couldn't see my contacts, absolutely anything that had to do with google or the phone itself wasn't working. I called verizon, and they told me to reset it again. Then, a few weeks later, I couldn't connect to the internet or send picture messages. Again, another reset. Now, I can't use the dialer again, I can't add widgets, and I also cannot send picture messages. My phone even deletes apps randomly. Also, ever since I reset my phone the first time, I haven't been able to connect it to my PC. I haven't asked verizon again because they only tell me to reset it and it doesn't help at all, but I'm really tired of this phone acting up, especially when I've treated it so well. I've never dropped it, I've never wet it, I've done nothing wrong to it.
